Dieses Meeresfrüchte-Terrinenrezept mit Lachs und Kabeljau ist ein feinschmeckerischer und köstlich duftender Eintrag.

Zutaten für 4 Personen:

  • 200 g Lachsnüsse
  • 300 g Kabeljau
  • ½ boot Schnittlauch
  • 3 Eier
  • 20 cl flüssige Sahne
  • 1 EL. Kaffee Kurkuma
  • ½ Cuil. Kaffee Pfeffer
  • Salz
  • Pfeffer mit der Mühle

Terrine des Meeres

Wärmen Sie den Ofen auf 180° C vor (Punkt 6).

Schneiden Sie den Fisch in Stücke. Cool reservieren.

Schnittlauch waschen und schneiden.

In einer Salatschüssel die Eier, Salz, Sahne, Kurkuma und
Chili.

Mischen Sie den Fisch. Gießen Sie die Mischung in die vorherige Zubereitung.

Fügen Sie, ohne zu mischen, den geschnittenen Schnittlauch hinzu. Korrigieren Sie die Würzung mit Salz, Pfeffer oder Chili.

Gießen Sie die Mischung in eine Kuchenform.

Legen Sie die Form in eine mit heißem Wasser gefüllte Schüssel. Mit Alufolie abdecken und 45 Minuten backen. Beenden Sie das Kochen, indem Sie das Blatt entfernen. Fahren Sie 5 Minuten fort.

Kühlen und kühlen Sie mindestens 2 Stunden lang.
